Job Description : Head Manufacturing POLAND Open to International candidates with 20+ years experience B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, Industrial, or Automobile Engineering MBA (Operations) preferred End-to-end leadership of manufacturing operations across Heavy Press Shop and Weld Shop Excellence in: Robotic Welding Heavy Press Operations Lean Manufacturing TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) Operational Excellence Quality, productivity, cost optimization, and delivery performance Capacity planning, resource optimization, and workforce management Kaizen, Continuous Improvement, and shop-floor transformation initiatives Building a culture of safety, efficiency, and high performance We're Looking For Someone Who Has strong experience in managing large-scale manufacturing operations Can lead teams, drive efficiencies, and deliver measurable business results Has hands-on exposure to Press Shop & Weld Shop environments Thinks strategically while executing operational excellence initiatives
