Job Description : PLANT MANAGER IVC EDIBLE NUTS Job Description 1. Governance & Strategy: Strategic planning and execution to enhance profitability, productivity, and efficiency throughout operations of the plant Plan for growth per annum in production volumes, increase in the Quality standards of the products with cost effectiveness & manufacturing discipline Annual budget preparation for plant; periodically review department budgets with department managers to ensure targets are maintained Effective perf. management to ensure MTM1 are on track for plant Operational Effectiveness 2. Manufacturing & Technical Services Functional oversight: SH&S (Ops): Ensure accountability for safety, build safety culture Quality & Regulatory Affairs: Ensure perf. on in line with goals Operational Excellence: Foster continuous improvement culture at plant level Engineering: Monitor implementation of projects, ensure excellence Procurement: Ensure continuous value delivery for the plant Planning & Innovation: Provide guidance, support & oversight as required within plan
