Job Description : COO / VP – Business Head / CXO CTC: ?80 LPA – ?1 Crore (All Inclusive) Job location : North india We are seeking a dynamic business leader with 20+ years of experience in the automotive manufacturing sector. The candidate must possess a full-time B.Tech. regular and MBA and have a proven track record of leading profitable business operations with complete drive P&L responsibility. Exposure to multi-plant management is mandatory, preferably across Automotive Component manufacturing. Key responsibilities include strategic business growth, profitability enhancement, cost optimization, budgeting, customer relationship management, operational excellence, manufacturing performance, supply chain effectiveness, and organizational leadership. The incumbent will drive business transformation, capacity expansion, OEM engagement, and sustainable revenue growth while leading cross-functional teams across multiple manufacturing locations.
