Your mandate is to scale the business, optimize operational efficiency, and deliver sustained, hyper-profitable growth in a fiercely competitive landscape. ?? Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership & Growth: Define and execute the company’s long-term vision, strategy, and business goals. Drive revenue growth through continuous innovation in our diverse product portfolio (Aerosols, Perfumes, Creams, Beverages, and Consumer Durables). Identify and execute new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and acquisitions. [1, 2] Operational & Financial Excellence: Lead overall business operations, financial planning, and rigorous performance management. Oversee end-to-end supply chain, optimize manufacturing efficiency, and drive cost-reduction initiatives. Maintain a sharp eye on financial performance with hands-on experience in full P&L ownership. Team & Stakeholder Management: Build, inspire, and mentor high-performing leadership teams across all functions. Manage investor relations, board expectations, and high-level stakeholder engagement. Market Expansion & Compliance: Strengthen brand presence and aggressively expand market share in both domestic and international markets. Guarantee strict operational and legal compliance.
