Job Description : POWER PLANT OPERATIONS HEAD INDONESIA Responsible for the overall management and performance of Simebests operations, including power plant O&M, project execution, maintenance services, procurement, logistics, manpower, HSE, quality, and client relations. Ensure all projects and contracts are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with contractual requirements. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage all operational activities across company projects and sites. Oversee execution of power plant O&M contracts, gas turbine, steam turbine, generator, and related projects. Ensure project schedules, budgets, quality standards, and contractual obligations are achieved. Manage manpower planning, deployment, performance, and competency development. Monitor operational costs, project profitability, and resource utilization. Oversee procurement, logistics, inventory, and spare parts management. Ensure compliance with HSE, QA/QC, and company procedures. Lead client engagements, operational reviews, and issue resolution. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reliability, and profitability. Support tendering, business development, strategic planning, and company growth initiatives. Requirements Degree in Engineering or related discipline. Minimum 15 years of experience in power generation, utilities, oil & gas, EPC, or industrial services. Minimum 10 years in a senior management role. Strong experience in power plant operations, maintenance, and project execution. Proven leadership, commercial, and contract management capabilities. Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Project delivery (time, cost, quality). Plant availability and reliability. Safety performance. Project profitability and cost control. Customer satisfaction. Resource utilization and manpower productivity. Operational efficiency and continuous improvement.
