Job Description : Regional Operations Manager ???? Location: Central Africa ???? Reporting To: Head of Operations Key Responsibilities ? Drive regional business performance, profitability, and operational excellence. ? Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities. ? Ensure compliance with SOPs, policies, procedures, and operational standards. ? Manage and optimize the performance of existing stores while supporting new store rollouts. ? Own and drive P&L performance and cost optimization initiatives. ? Ensure exceptional customer experience across all owned and partner stores. ? Lead recruitment, training, development, and succession planning initiatives. ? Implement performance metrics and reporting structures to monitor business objectives. ? Maintain consistency in visual merchandising and marketing standards across all stores. Qualifications ???? MBA (Sales & Marketing) preferred Experience ? 5–15 years of experience in retail operations or a similar leadership role.
