Job Description : Head HR / Head – People & Culture (New Age Business Vertical) Location: Gurgaon / NCR Experience: 15–22 Years CTC: 80 LPA to 1 cr Reporting To: CEO / Business Head About the Role We are looking for a dynamic and progressive Head – HR & People Culture to build and lead the people agenda for a high-growth New Age business vertical. The incumbent will be responsible for establishing a future-ready HR function, driving organizational culture, talent strategy, leadership development, employee engagement, and workforce transformation aligned with business growth objectives. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of building People & Culture frameworks from the ground up within fast-growing, innovation-led organizations, startups, consumer-tech, digital, technology-enabled, or new-age business environments. Key Responsibilities • Design and implement the overall People & Culture strategy aligned with organizational goals. • Build HR processes, policies, and governance frameworks for a rapidly scaling business. • Drive organization design, workforce planning, succession planning, and talent management initiatives. • Lead talent acquisition strategy for leadership, critical, and niche hiring requirements. • Create and nurture a high-performance, employee-centric, and inclusive culture. • Develop employee engagement, retention, wellness, rewards, and recognition programs. • Partner with business leaders to drive capability building and leadership development initiatives. • Establish robust performance management and goal-setting frameworks. • Drive learning & development, career progression, and competency-building programs. • Lead change management and organizational transformation initiatives. • Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and statutory requirements. • Build HR analytics and data-driven decision-making capabilities to support business growth. Desired Candidate Profile • MBA/PGDM in Human Resources from a reputed institution. • 15–22 years of progressive HR leadership experience. • Demonstrated experience in setting up and scaling the People & Culture function for a New Age, Digital, Consumer Tech, FinTech, PropTech, D2C, Technology, or Startup-led organization. • Strong expertise in Talent Management, Organization Development, Culture Building, Employee Experience, and Leadership Hiring. • Experience partnering directly with Founders, CEOs, and Business Leaders. • Strong stakeholder management, influencing, and communication skills. • Proven ability to manage rapid growth, organizational change, and business transformation.
