Job Description : Head of Facilities Management Australia Role is open to International candidates with relevant experience of 25+ years Leading a team of 4 Facilities Managers across Australia and New Zealand, this role will oversee a national portfolio of 60 cinemas, with regular travel required. The Head of Facilities Management will be responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery of facilities services across the HOYTS portfolio, including planned and reactive maintenance, contractor management, repairs and maintenance (R&M) and capital expenditure (CAPEX) budgets, workplace health and safety, and statutory compliance. I’m keen to speak with experienced Facilities Management leaders who have a proven track record of managing national FM teams and complex multi-site portfolios. The ideal candidate will have overseen the full facilities management lifecycle, possess strong stakeholder management skills, and bring a collaborative, positive leadership style that will contribute to an already high-performing team culture.
