20 yearsJob Description : Head of Facilities Management Australia Role is open to International candidates with relevant experience of 25+ years Leading a team of 4 Facilities Managers across Australia and New Zealand, this role will oversee a national portfolio of 60 cinemas, with regular travel required. This is a rare and exciting opportunity to join one of the region’s most recognised entertainment brands, renowned for delivering exceptional customer experiences, investing in innovation, and creating memorable moments for millions of guests each year. The Head of Facilities Management will be responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery of facilities services across the HOYTS portfolio, including planned and reactive maintenance, contractor management, repairs and maintenance (R&M) and capital expenditure (CAPEX) budgets, workplace health and safety, and statutory compliance. I’m keen to speak with experienced Facilities Management leaders who have a proven track record of managing national FM teams and complex multi-site portfolios. The ideal candidate will have overseen the full facilities management lifecycle, possess strong stakeholder management skills, and bring a collaborative, positive leadership style that will contribute to an already high-performing team culture.
