Job Description : AUTO PLANT HEAD OSHAWA CANADA Open to International candidates PLANT HEAD • Mechanical Engineering Graduate / Post Graduate • 20+ years of experience in Manufacturing Operations • Proven experience in managing a large manufacturing plant/business unit • Strong exposure to Production, Quality, Supply Chain and Plant Administration • Expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Productivity Improvement and Cost Optimization • Strong leadership and team management skills • Drive and implement the plant business strategy aligned with organizational goals • Accountable for the P&L performance of a large manufacturing unit • Achieve targets related to cost, quality, delivery and productivity • Ensure smooth plant operations across all functional areas • Lead continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence programs • Develop and execute plans to support future business growth and continuity
