Experience: 12-18 years of experience in automotive parts or aftersales management, with national or regional responsibility.. Job Purpose · The BU head OEM Parts will be responsible for driving the overall Genuine Parts and accessories business across the country by ensuring optimal availability, profitability, and customer satisfaction. · The role leads national parts strategy, inventory governance, pricing, dealer performance, and supply chain coordination while supporting sustainable growth in genuine Parts & Accessories.
