Automotive Manufacturing | Executive Leadership Opportunity A leading automotive manufacturing organisation is seeking an experienced Plant General Manager to take full responsibility for the leadership, performance, and profitability of a large manufacturing facility. This is a strategic leadership role for a results-driven executive with a proven track record in automotive manufacturing, operational excellence, and full P&L management. Key Responsibilities: ? Lead overall plant operations and performance ? Manage production, engineering, maintenance, quality, supply chain, and support functions ? Drive Lean Manufacturing, TPS, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives ? Ensure achievement of operational, financial, quality, and customer targets ? Lead CAPEX planning and operational efficiency projects ? Develop and lead high-performing teams ? Drive safety, environmental, and sustainability initiatives Minimum Requirements: ???? Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field ???? 10+ years’ experience in manufacturing environments ???? 10+ years in senior leadership roles ???? Automotive manufacturing experience is essential ???? Proven plant management experience with full P&L accountability ???? Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and TPS ????
