Job Description : Profit Center Head South East Asia-Vietnam Experience in Rice/Sesame Manufacturing Factory / Processing Factory Experience is must. Leadership Coaching and Mentoring the teams Operations management Inventory management Operational budget forecasting SPOC from Production & accountable to run plant digitally and monitor the KPI’s online . Section in-charge for plant ,achieving adherence to DPS with green score . Lead new NPD trials on TM & MEM along with Application Group by participating in Weekly MeM meetings Manpower management as per weekly production plan SAP GLOBE checks ( PR , PO , GR, GI , SES , COIO & BW reports etc. ) Traceability and product compliance's as per Standards . Control Manager from Plant to share Quarterly Schedule IV report to HO Coordinating with team for achieving targets of production Product Quality & Safety Leading functional audits ( GMP ) , NIA , IQA to lead the plant with zero Major gaps . defect reduction , Trainer on Food Safety & HACCP
