Job Description : Regional Exports Manager – Consumer Electronics Industry | SDA/MDA Background Mandatory-East & Rest of Africa. We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Regional Exports Manager to lead and expand our client's business operations across the East & African region within the Consumer Electronics industry. ???? Regions Covered: Kenya, Congo, Mozambique, Uganda, Ethiopia, Somalia, Djibouti, and Angola. ???? Key Responsibilities: • Drive regional business growth through strategic market expansion initiatives • Develop and strengthen relationships with distributors, key accounts, and business partners • Lead end-to-end sales strategy execution and achieve revenue targets • Identify new business opportunities and market penetration strategies across Africa • Collaborate closely with internal teams including Production, Logistics, Finance, and Marketing for seamless export operations • Provide market intelligence, forecasting, and business performance reports to leadership ???? Ideal Profile: • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or related field (Master’s preferred) • Proven leadership experience in Exports & Business Development within the Consumer Electronics industry • Strong understanding of African export markets, international trade regulations, and customs procedures • Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and presentation skills • Strong track record of exceeding sales and business growth targets • Willingness to travel extensively across the region
