Job Description : Chief Financial Officer (CFO) TRINIDAD AND TOBAOG We are looking for an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our Finance & Accounts function and partner with the leadership team in driving sustainable business growth. ???? Industry: Retail ???? Experience: 25+ Years (including 5+ years in a senior finance leadership role) Key Responsibilities: ? Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and business strategy. ? Oversee accounting, taxation, treasury, audit, compliance, and risk management. ? Drive profitability, cost optimization, and working capital management. ? Ensure robust financial controls, governance, and statutory compliance. ? Provide strategic insights to support business expansion and operational excellence. ? Partner with stakeholders to enhance organizational performance and value creation. Preferred Qualifications: ???? CA / ICMA / ACCA / CPA / CFA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent professional finance qualification with proven leadership experience. Desired Profile: ? Strong business and commercial acumen. ? Proven track record in financial leadership and team management. ? Expertise in FP&A, MIS, Taxation, Compliance, and Corporate Finance. ? Experience in Retail, FMCG, Manufacturing, or multi-location business environments will be an added advantage.
