Job Description : FINANCE HEAD BIRGINGHAM UK Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process across the organisation. Deliver accurate and timely financial reporting to senior leadership and key stakeholders. Partner with operational and commercial teams to improve financial performance and support strategic decision-making. Drive strong financial governance, controls, and compliance across the business. Oversee cash flow forecasting, working capital management, and treasury activities. Support capital investment appraisal and financial analysis for major projects. Lead the preparation of statutory accounts and manage the external audit process. Key essentials of the Head of Finance: ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified Strong technical accounting and financial reporting experience Excellent commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills
