VP FINANCE

Job Description : VP finance | India (with UAE & Saudi exposure) I’m currently working on an exciting leadership opportunity with a fast-growing consumer business looking to hire a VP finance to lead and scale the finance function across UAE, India, and Saudi Arabia. This is not a traditional finance leadership role — the individual will build financial infrastructure for the next phase of growth and work closely with leadership, investors, and the board. Key areas of ownership: ? Financial strategy, FP&A & business partnering ? Budgeting, forecasting & capital allocation ? Investor relations, fundraising & board reporting ? Multi-jurisdiction accounting, compliance & taxation ? AML, governance & regulatory oversight ? Financial modelling for growth and market expansion We’re looking for someone with: • 15+ years of progressive finance experience • 5+ years in a leadership role (VP Finance / Finance Director / equivalent) • CA / CPA / ACCA qualification • Strong exposure across UAE + India (Saudi exposure is a plus) • Experience in e-commerce, marketplace, tech-led consumer businesses preferred • Exposure to board management and investor conversations ???? Location: India (periodic travel to Dubai & Saudi as required)
