Job Description : Senior Manager – Projects HONDURAS Looking at Indian candidates Educational Qualification - B.E (Mechanical) from a Tier-1 Engineering Institute. Experience * 18+ years of experience in managing Greenfield manufacturing projects. * Mandatory experience in Beverage manufacturing industry. * Strong exposure to engineering design, utility & capacity sizing and civil design. Key Responsibilities * Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies. * Define project scope, objectives, milestones, and technical requirements in consultation with stakeholders. * Ensure timely execution of projects while maintaining quality, safety, and cost objectives. * Drive project activities from conceptualization through commissioning and handover. * Lead engineering activities related to plant setup and expansion projects. * Review and finalize equipment specifications, layouts, utility requirements, and process designs. * Evaluate plant capacities and ensure optimal utilization of resources. * Deliver projects within approved budgets and timelines. * Monitor project expenditures and implement corrective actions to manage cost overruns. * Drive value engineering and cost optimization initiatives. * Act as the key interface between internal stakeholders, consultants, contractors, vendors, and project teams. * Build and maintain effective working relationships to ensure seamless project execution. * Provide regular updates to leadership on project progress and critical issues. * Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies. * Collaborate closely with Operations, Procurement, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and external partners. * Ensure alignment across functions for successful project delivery. 7. Performance Monitoring & Reporting * Monitor project KPIs and drive continuous improvement. * Ensure effective deployment of internal and external resources. * Maintain complete project documentation, approvals, risk registers, and closure reports. * Ensure compliance with statutory, environmental, and safety requirements. Lead commissioning, validation, project handover, and post-implementation reviews. Desired Candidate Profile * Strong project management and execution capabilities. * Hands-on experience in Greenfield beverage manufacturing projects.
