About the Opportunity A leading and rapidly growing Real Estate Group is seeking an accomplished Group Chief Financial Officer (Group CFO) to drive capital raising, financial strategy, business growth, and operational excellence. This leadership role requires a seasoned finance professional with strong expertise in fund raising, banking relationships, treasury management, financial controls, and real estate finance. The successful candidate will partner closely with the CMD and leadership team to support aggressive growth and expansion plans. Role Focus Fund Raising & Treasury Management – 60% Accounts, Finance & Controls – 40% Key Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Fund Raising & Treasury (60%) Lead fund raising through Banks, NBFCs, Financial Institutions, and Investors. Manage project finance, construction finance, working capital, treasury, and banking relationships. Develop funding strategies to support business growth and expansion. Finance & Accounts Leadership (40%) Oversee Finance, Accounts, Taxation, Budgeting, MIS, Audits, Compliance, and Financial Reporting. Drive cash flow optimization, profitability improvement, and financial planning. Ensure strong governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance. Digital Transformation & Strategy Lead ERP implementation, automation, and digital finance initiatives. Support strategic decision-making through financial analysis, business planning, and investment evaluation. Build and lead a high-performing finance team while strengthening controls and operational efficiency. Candidate Profile Mandatory • Chartered Accountant (CA) • 15–20 years of experience in the Real Estate industry. • Strong track record in Fund Raising, Project Finance, Treasury, and Banking Relationships. • Experience working directly with Promoters, Entrepreneurs, or Family-Owned Businesses. • Expertise in Financial Strategy, Budgeting, Taxation, Audits, and Compliance. • Proven success in ERP implementation and finance transformation initiatives. Preferred Attributes • Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills. • Strategic thinker with business acumen. • Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
