Engineering Head

Job Description : Engineering Head – Egypt Indorama is seeking a highly accomplished Engineering Head to lead engineering excellence, asset reliability, and maintenance strategy within a large-scale manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for senior engineering professionals from the Petrochemical, Fertilizer, Chemical, or Oil & Gas industries with a proven track record of leading complex plant operations and driving operational performance. Key Responsibilities ???? Lead the overall Engineering & Maintenance function, ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient plant operations. ???? Develop and execute maintenance, turnaround, and shutdown strategies to maximize plant availability and asset reliability. ???? Drive reliability improvement initiatives through equipment performance monitoring, root cause analysis, and preventive maintenance programs. ???? Lead plant improvement, modernization, and CAPEX projects to enhance operational efficiency and long-term asset performance. ???? Provide technical leadership and engineering support across production, utilities, mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation systems. ???? Oversee equipment integrity, failure investigations, and implementation of engineering best practices and technology advancements. Candidate Profile ? 20+ years of experience in Petrochemical, Fertilizer, Chemical, or Oil & Gas industries ? Minimum 5 years of experience leading an Engineering Function ? Strong expertise in Plant Engineering, Reliability, Asset Management, Utilities, Shutdowns & Turnarounds ? Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
