Job Description : Project Manager (Greenfield Paper Mill Project)** ???? ???? **Location:** Uganda (On-site) We are seeking an experienced **Project Manager** to lead the development of a greenfield paper manufacturing facility from concept to commercial production. This is a unique opportunity to take full ownership of a large-scale project covering engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and operational handover. ### Key Requirements: ? 18–20 years of experience in the **Pulp & Paper Industry** ? Proven experience in **Greenfield or Major Brownfield Paper Mill Projects** ? Strong knowledge of **Stock Preparation, Pulp Mill, Paper Machines, Utilities, ETP, and Co-generation Systems** ? Experience with major OEMs such as **Valmet, Voith, Andritz**, or equivalent ? Expertise in project planning, contractor management, procurement, commissioning, and budget control ? Mechanical, Chemical, or Pulp & Paper Engineering background preferred ? PMP / Prince2 certification will be an advantage ? Africa or emerging market project experience preferred ### What We Offer: ?
