Job Description : Business Unit General Manager PAN CARIBBEAN 20+ years experience This is not a standard operations led GM role. a retail business that needs a much broader commercial leader. The role will suit someone who can own a business unit across: Buying Range strategy Product and design direction Pricing and margin Trading performance Supplier relationships Store execution Cross functional leadership The key point is this. This is not a pure store operations profile. The company needs someone commercially sharp, product led, close to the customer and capable of driving performance across the full business unit. Retail GM with strong commercial ownership Product led retail leader ready for wider business accountability Regional experience would help, but the main requirement is commercial leadership, trading instinct and the ability to connect product, customer, stores and performance.
