Job Description : Director of Retail Commerce An excellent opportunity as onboard Director of Retail Commerce has become available with this leading cruise ship company! This Senior Management position will be responsible for leading & optimising all onboard revenue streams, with your core mission being coordination, development & execution the onboard Palimpsest schedule, using it as a strategic tool to activate commercial opportunities, enhance guest engagement & guide guest flows, while ensuring full alignment with brand standards & business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Commercial Strategy & Revenue Optimisation Onboard Revenue Coordination Communication, Brand & Shore-Side Alignment Team development & training Leadership, Quality & Safety English proficiency & C1 any European language Third language at B2 level (French, Spanish, German, Portuguese or Chinese Degree in Marketing & Communication, Business Administration, Business Management or Hospitality Management Minimum 15 years of experience in retail, covering commercial performance, visual merchandising, team management and operational optimization Previous onboard experience is considered a strong advantage, but not essential
