Plant Head Position

Job Description : Plant Head Position | Leading HPDC HUNGARY Open to International candidates with 20+ years experience **Plant Operations Management** * Lead overall plant operations including Production, Quality, Maintenance, PPC, Stores & Utilities. * Ensure achievement of production plans, customer delivery commitments, and operational excellence. * Drive improvement in plant efficiency and capacity utilization. **Production & Productivity** * Improve OEE, reduce cycle time, eliminate waste, and enhance productivity. * Implement Lean Manufacturing, TPM, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives. * Optimize manpower, machine utilization, and process performance. **Quality Management** * Ensure compliance with customer quality requirements and internal standards. * Drive CAPA, customer complaint resolution, and process improvement activities. * Maintain IATF 16949, ISO, and other quality system requirements. **Cost & Profitability** * Control manufacturing costs by reducing rejection, scrap, rework, and losses. * Lead cost reduction and profitability improvement initiatives. **People & Leadership** * Lead, mentor, and develop plant teams. * Create a culture of accountability, safety, discipline, and continuous improvement. **Maintenance & Asset Management** * Improve machine availability, preventive maintenance effectiveness, and equipment reliability. **Safety & Compliance** * Ensure safe working practices and statutory compliance. * Promote a zero-accident workplace culture. **Customer & Stakeholder Management** * Manage customer coordination, APQP, PPAP, and new project implementation. **Required Experience & Skills** * Strong experience in Automobile / Manufacturing Industry (HPDC experience preferred). * Knowledge of CNC/VMC machining, production systems, quality systems, and Lean practices. * Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. * Experience in handling large teams and achieving business targets. ????
