Job Description : RSM GCC leading name in the cosmetics and skincare industry to appoint a Regional Sales Manager to drive commercial growth across the Middle East. This role will be responsible for executing the regional sales strategy, expanding market share, and strengthening key client relationships within a highly competitive and fast-evolving sector. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in personal care, cosmetics, or luxury retail, with a proven track record in business development, team leadership, and delivering strong revenue results. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies, managing strategic accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and leading a high-performing sales team in a player/coach capacity. The role also requires close collaboration with marketing, operations, and technical teams to ensure the seamless delivery of solutions that meet client and market demands. We are seeking a commercially driven leader with 10–15 years of experience in sales or business development, strong analytical and strategic capabilities, and the ability to operate effectively in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
