Job Description : GM - Finance and Accounts – Project for a leading mining and mineral processing group based in Central Africa Experience : 12+ years Qualification : Chartered Accountant (CA), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Cost and Management Accountant (CMA), project costing, project accounting Must have experience from Metal and Mining or from any project based industry Must have project experience including exposure to capital budgeting, cost accounting and financial planning Should have worked in project financing and managing large scale projects finance and accounting To ensure financial discipline in Project development and execution with key focus on cost optimization and efficient financial support highlighting areas of key variances compared to the budget and provide recommendation. Responsible for the management and control of project costs and project cash flows Maintain strong communication with Group companies’ finance heads, business heads and HODs
