Job Description : CSO LIMA PERU Looking for ex Indian army Desired Position Qualification & Experience · Ex-Serviceman (Army background preferred; Signals Corps preferred) · Rank: Major / Lieutenant Colonel / Colonel (preferred) · 10–15+ years of experience in defense / industrial security leadership roles · Experience in manufacturing / plant security will be an added advantage · Exposure to industrial relations, labor handling, and union coordination preferred · Strong knowledge of physical security systems, surveillance, and access control · Expertise in risk assessment, incident investigation, and crisis management · Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills · High integrity, discipline, and ability to work under pressure · Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline (Defense qualifications acceptable) · Diploma / Certification in Fire & Safety / Industrial Safety (preferred) · Certifications in Security Management / Risk Management (added advantage) Job Responsibilities: · Lead and manage overall plant security operations and strategy. · Ensure effective gate management, access control, and visitor monitoring systems. · Develop and implement comprehensive security policies, SOPs, and protocols. · Monitor and manage CCTV surveillance and other electronic security systems. · Conduct risk assessments, threat analysis, and implement loss prevention measures. · Investigate security incidents, thefts, and policy violations; ensure timely closure · Conduct regular security audits, vulnerability assessments, and mock drills. · Ensure compliance with statutory, legal, and organizational security requirements. · Lead emergency response during fire, medical, or crisis situations. · Coordinate with police, fire authorities, and local administration. · Supervise, deploy, and train in-house and outsourced security personnel. · Maintain discipline, vigilance, and operational efficiency within the security team. · Liaise with government bodies, unions, and external stakeholders. · Support management in handling industrial relations and workforce discipline. · Oversee workplace safety practices and firefighting preparedness. · Prepare MIS reports, incident reports, and maintain security documentation.
