Job Description : HR Manager – Beverages -Manufacturing Sector DRC a well-established manufacturing organization in DR Congo, is looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead Human Resources, Administration, Employee Relations, and Workplace Safety functions. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, employee records, attendance, payroll coordination, and performance management. Drive employee engagement, retention, and organizational development initiatives. Develop and implement HR policies, disciplinary procedures, and statutory compliance frameworks. Handle expatriate documentation, visas, work permits, and employee welfare programs. Ensure compliance with labor laws, company regulations, and HR best practices. Lead occupational health and safety programs across the manufacturing facility. Conduct safety training, risk assessments, workplace inspections, and incident investigations. Coordinate safety audits, maintain compliance records, and implement corrective actions. Liaise with government authorities on HR, labor, and workplace safety matters. Candidate Profile Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Safety, or a related discipline. 8–10 years of experience in HR & Administration within a manufacturing environment. Experience in FMCG, Food Processing, Beverage, or similar manufacturing industries preferred. Strong knowledge of labor laws, industrial relations, payroll coordination, and statutory compliance. Exposure to occupational health and safety practices in a manufacturing setup. Prior experience working in Africa will be an advantage. Key Skills ? Leadership & People Management ?
