Job Description : Project Head – MD Office ETHIOPIA This is a strategic role working directly with the Managing Director, driving key business initiatives, monitoring group-wide projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, and supporting decision-making across diverse business verticals. Key Highlights: ? Lead strategic projects across multiple business units ? Drive project governance, business excellence, and performance monitoring ? Work closely with senior leadership and stakeholders ? Support expansion projects, feasibility studies, acquisitions, and diversification initiatives ? Contribute to operational excellence and digital transformation programs Ideal Candidate: ???? 12–18 years of professional experience ???? Minimum 5 years in Project Management, CEO/MD Office, Strategy, Business Excellence, or Corporate Leadership roles ???? Strong expertise in project execution, business analysis, MIS reporting, stakeholder management, and strategic planning ???? PMP certification will be an added advantage ???? Industry: Diversified Manufacturing Group (Steel, Pharma, Sugar & New Projects)
