Experience: 10+ Years ???? Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mineral Processing, or a related field Key Highlights: ? Lead Mining, Beneficiation & NPK Production Operations ? Drive Production Planning & Operational Excellence ? Manage Plant Equipment, Fleet & Maintenance Programs ? Oversee Quality Control & ISO 9001 Compliance ? Ensure HSE Compliance & Environmental Standards ? Budget Management & Cost Optimization ? Workforce Management & Industrial Relations ? Lead Large Multi-Shift Manufacturing Operations We are looking for professionals with: ?? Experience in Fertilizer, Mining, Chemical, Cement, or Heavy Manufacturing Industries ?? Strong exposure to Production, Maintenance, Quality & HSE Management ?? Proven experience leading large plant operations and multidisciplinary teams ?? Working knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems ?? Experience handling employee relations, workforce discipline, and performance management ???? Candidates must be willing to relocate to East Africa (Tanzania).
