20 yearsJob Description : Head - Projects & Administration – CARIBBEAN 20-25 Years experience We are looking for retired Armed Forces Officers with strong experience in Administration, Vendor Management, Vendor Development, Negotiation, Stakeholder Management, and Project Coordination. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of managing multiple stakeholders, driving operational excellence, negotiating commercial agreements, mitigating risks, and ensuring seamless execution of projects. Strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and result orientation are essential. Familiarity with contracts, compliance requirements, and vendor governance will be an added advantage. Key Attributes: ? Strong Administration & Operations background ? Vendor Management & Negotiation expertise ? Stakeholder Management across functions ? Analytical and detail-oriented approach ? Risk mitigation and problem-solving abilities ? High ownership, patience, and drive for results Note - Relevant corporate experience of handling multiple branch offices is mandatory for the role.
