Job Description : Global Head of M&A, Renewable Energy UK I'm working with a leading Globa l Independent Power Producer to appoint a Global Head of M&A. This strategic leadership role will drive the divestment and monetisation of a Global portfolio of Solar PV and BESS assets, leading asset sales, joint ventures, and investor partnerships to support capital recycling and portfolio growth. We're looking for a candidate with strong experience in Renewable Energy asset divestments, infrastructure M&A, project finance, or investment banking, alongside a proven track record of executing Renewable Energy transactions across international markets. ????
