A unique opportunity has become available to lead the rollout and expansion of one of Africa's most recognised café and casual dining brands in Ghana. Our client, a leading hospitality and food service group, is seeking a dynamic Head of Operations to establish, launch, and scale new Mugg & Bean franchise operations from the ground up. This is not a maintenance role – this is a build-and-grow opportunity. ???? THE ROLE Reporting directly to the Head of Business for a diversified food group operating multiple franchise and restaurant brands, you will be responsible for: ? Identifying and evaluating new restaurant sites ? Managing franchise setup and store development ? Leading pre-opening and opening operations ? Building operational structures, systems and teams ? Driving brand standards, customer experience and profitability ? Developing a scalable growth strategy for the Ghana market ???? IDEAL BACKGROUND Candidates MUST have experience within: • Mugg & Bean (highly preferred) • News Café • Tashas • CoffeeBerry Applicants must have obtained their brand experience through authorised and non-conflicted channels and must not be in breach of any contractual, ethical or restraint obligations. ???? REQUIREMENTS ? Senior multi-unit operational leadership experience ? Strong understanding of premium café and casual dining operations ? Experience opening new stores and driving expansion projects ? Commercially astute with strong people leadership skills ? Passion for guest experience and brand excellence ???? PACKAGE ???? Salary: USD 4,000 per month (negotiable for exceptional candidates) ????
