This role involves the supervision of a diverse maintenance team including Electricians, Plumbers, Masons, and Carpenters. The successful candidate will also be responsible for effective vendor and contractor management, ensuring high-quality service and compliance. Furthermore, the Facilities Manager will engage in team leadership and stakeholder management, fostering collaborative relationships across the organization. The role requires a strategic approach to maintaining industrial or manufacturing environments to ensure operational efficiency and safety. This position is critical for upholding the operational integrity and physical assets of the company, requiring a proactive approach to preventative maintenance and rapid response to emerging issues. Job Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related Engineering field. • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a maintenance management within an industrial or manufacturing environment. • Proven ability to supervise a maintenance team including Electricians, Plumbers, Masons, and Carpenters. • Strong skills in Vendor & Contractor Management, ensuring service quality and compliance. • Excellent capabilities in Team & Stakeholder Management, fostering collaborative relationships. • Ability to ensure operational efficiency and safety within industrial or manufacturing facilities. • Strategic approach to preventative maintenance and rapid issue response. • Proficiency in facility management software and systems. • Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to industrial facilities. • Budget management experience for maintenance and facility operations.
