Reporting into senior leadership, this role will be responsible for driving sales performance, supporting boutique operations, developing retail teams, and strengthening client engagement across the business. We're interested in speaking with candidates who have experience within fine jewellery, high jewellery, luxury watches, or premium retail environments and can demonstrate a strong track record in sales leadership, team management, and client development.
