Job Description : Chief Operating Officer (COO) – Luxury Mall Operations ???? Location: Delhi-NCR, India (Comprehensive relocation support provided for candidates from Dubai/GCC) One of India’s most prestigious, tier-1 premium and luxury retail developers. We have been exclusively retained to headhunt a visionary Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead national asset operations for a landmark luxury retail portfolio. This is a massive-scale leadership opportunity, overseeing an existing footprint of 6 million sq. ft. that is scaling rapidly. To match the world-class ambition of these assets, we are specifically seeking a senior leader with extensive mall management experience overseeing premier, high-footfall flagship malls in Dubai. ???? The Role: P&L & EBITDA Ownership: Complete financial accountability for a national portfolio of premium malls, lifestyle plazas, and mixed-use commercial assets. World-Class Operations: Elevate facilities management, asset modernization, and operational excellence to global hospitality standards. Data-Driven Placemaking: Drive experiential marketing, luxury tenant synergy, and high-impact BTL initiatives to maximize footfalls and dwell time. Operational Readiness: Establish governance frameworks for the seamless onboarding, fit-out execution, and handover of mega new properties. ???? What We Are Looking For: 25+ years of progressive leadership experience, with a significant and proven track record in senior mall management positions at Dubai’s top-tier retail and luxury destinations. Deep expertise in managing large-scale, multi-site property portfolios, tenant relations with global luxury brands, and complex asset life cycles. A strategic, high-energy executive who understands the nuances of Middle Eastern retail standards and can replicate that world-class experience in the Indian market. Target Candidate: This role is tailor-made for a senior Indian expat executive currently based in the UAE/GCC who is looking to return to India to spearhead a landmark retail legacy.
