Job Description : Business Head – Restaurants (India & South Asia) For a Dubai-based, fast-growing restaurant group setting up operations in India ???? Base: Mumbai ???? CTC: ?45–50 LPA + ESOPs We’re looking for a sharp, brilliant, aggressively growth-focused leader to build and scale a portfolio of multi-cuisine restaurants across India and South Asia. Key Responsibilities: Own the P&L and make each restaurant profitable Drive restaurant excellence through strong SOPs, training and audits Identify and secure the right locations and formats for new openings Work across multiple cuisines and price points Lead menu refinement with a deep understanding of flavours, trends and local preferences Set up and manage multi-city, multi-restaurant operations Build, lead and mentor high-performance on-ground teams Ideal Profile: Smart, aggressive, highly driven operator with a strong bias for action Experience in scaling restaurant brands / chains Strong understanding of restaurant operations, cuisines, menus and guest experience Proven track record of delivering profitability and growth Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
