Job Description : Chief Operating Officer (COO) – Retail & Mall Operations | India ???? Location: Delhi NCR, India ?? Relocation: Candidate must be willing to move to India ???? Grade: Executive Vice President ???? Industry: Retail Real Estate / Mall Operations / Commercial Assets What You’ll Lead • Full ownership of P&L, EBITDA, operational performance, and portfolio growth • Operations across premium malls, plazas, mixed-use developments, and commercial assets • Facilities management, asset enhancement, modernization, and customer experience initiatives • Partnerships with luxury, premium, and international retail brands • Experiential marketing, footfall generation, and high-impact BTL initiatives • Governance and operational readiness for upcoming mega developments • Cross-functional teams across operations, leasing, facilities, marketing, customer experience, and commercial functions Ideal Profile • 25+ years of progressive leadership experience • Mandatory experience working with UAE malls / UAE retail real estate portfolios • Willingness to relocate to India for a full-time leadership role • Experience in large-scale mall operations, retail portfolios, commercial real estate, FMCG, hospitality, or consumer-facing businesses • Strong multi-site operations, large team management, and P&L ownership • Experience with premium, luxury, and international brands • Strong commercial acumen, operational discipline, and customer-centric leadership
