Job Description : General Manager – Operations | Pharmaceutical Exports | India We are partnering with a rapidly growing pharmaceutical large and giant MNC indian origin export organization looking for Indian General Manager – Operations who can drive operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and strategic business growth across international markets. ????Location: India Key Responsibilities: • Business and commercial management to support business growth through effectives coordinate with sales, manufacturing and International markets. • Lead end-to-end pharmaceutical export operations and supply chain functions. • Drive PPIC, logistics, inventory optimization, and on-time delivery performance. • Manage commercial negotiations with manufacturers and strategic partners. • Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, DGFT requirements, GST, ROC, Labour Laws, and other statutory obligations. • Oversee financial governance, budgeting, cost control, and audit coordination. • Lead IT operations, digital transformation initiatives, and process automation. • Build and mentor high-performing teams across Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, HR, and IT. Ideal Candidate: ? 15+ years of leadership experience within the Pharmaceutical industry . ? Strong expertise in Export Operations, Supply Chain, Commercial Management, and Regulatory Compliance. ? Proven track record of managing cross-functional teams and complex business operations. ? Strategic mindset with strong business acumen and stakeholder management capabilities.
