Job Description : Feed Mill Operations Manager | Kenya Our client, a leading animal feed manufacturer, is seeking an experienced Feed Mill Operations Manager to take full operational responsibility for its existing feed mill while supporting the integration of a new facility. Key areas of responsibility include: - Feed Mill Operations - Production & Quality Management - Maintenance & Plant Reliability - Grain Silos, Warehousing & Logistics - Oil Extraction & Premix Plant Operations - Continuous Improvement & Operational Excellence - Leadership of Production, Maintenance, Quality & Warehouse Teams Requirements: - 10+ years' experience in feed manufacturing, agri-processing, grain processing, or related manufacturing environments - Proven experience managing large-scale feed mill operations - Strong maintenance, production, and operational leadership expertise - Hands-on, practical leadership style with a focus on performance and efficiency
