Job Description : GM MECHANICAL OMAN 20+ years experience Lead Mechanical/Projects Engineering & Maintenance operations for the manufacturing facility. Implement preventive, predictive, and reliability-centered maintenance strategies. Ensure high equipment availability, plant reliability, and operational efficiency. Manage utilities, rotating/static equipment, piping systems, and plant infrastructure. Drive shutdowns, commissioning, expansion projects, and asset optimization initiatives. Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and international engineering standards. Manage maintenance budgets, spare parts inventory, and contractor performance. Lead and develop high-performing engineering and maintenance teams. Collaborate with Production, Projects, EHS, and Procurement functions. Drive continuous improvement, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and operational excellence programs.
