Regional Operations Manager

Job Description : Regional Operations Manager PAN CARIBBEAN to lead multi-store operations and drive business growth across the region. Requirements: • 18+ years of experience in FMCG Retail / Supermarket operations • Minimum 5 years as State Head, Regional Head, Operations Head, or equivalent leadership role • Strong experience in P&L management, sales growth, store operations, and team leadership • Proven track record of managing multiple stores and large teams • MBA preferred • Age below 45 years • Must currently be working with a FMCG Retail / Supermarket chain Key Responsibilities: • Drive sales, profitability, and operational excellence • Lead regional store operations and ensure SOP compliance • Manage budgets, KPIs, customer experience, and merchandising standards • Support store expansion and performance improvement initiatives • Develop and mentor high-performing teams
