Job Description : Design & Development Head (R&D) - DGM position BOSNIA Commodity : Plastics Exp-Min 18 Years - Looking for candidate for leading Tier1 Automotive Supplier - New Product Development ,Design Review , experience of working on Automotive plastic parts - Injection & Blow Moulding -Must have experience of leading a team of around 10-15 designers. - Must have experience in dealing with multiple OEM projects simultaneously - APQP planning & execution - Reporting , MIS to Senior Management on regular defined frequency - Identify and implement design improvements & cost optimisation - Drive forward product development, innovation & out of the box thinking
