Oversee Development Of Cost-Effective, Scalable & Commercially Viable Manufacturing Processes. Accelerate New Product Development From Concept Through Commercialization. Technology & Innovation Evaluate Emerging Technologies In Peptide Synthesis, Oligonucleotide Manufacturing & Advanced Bioprocessing. Drive Digitalization & Data-Driven R&D Initiatives To Enhance Productivity & Speed To Market. Regulatory & Quality Excellence Ensure Compliance With Global Regulatory, Quality, Safety & Environmental Standards. Support Customer Audits, Regulatory Inspections & Technical Due Diligence Activities. Provide Scientific Guidance On Product Quality, Regulatory Submissions & Process Validation. Leadership & Stakeholder Management Build & Mentor High-Performing Scientific & Technical Teams. Partner Closely With Manufacturing, Commercial, Quality, Regulatory & Supply Chain Functions. Candidate Profile PhD In Organic Chemistry, Medicinal Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biotechnology Or Related Discipline. About 25 Years Of Experience In Polypeptides, Oligonucleotides, Peptide APIs, CDMO, CRDMO Or Specialty Pharmaceutical Organizations. Proven Leadership Of Large-Scale R&D, Process Development & Technology Commercialization Program
