Job Description Oversee end-to-end manufacturing operations across multiple production areas Lead production planning execution to ensure output, quality, and delivery targets are met Monitor and optimize manpower allocation, overtime usage, and production efficiency Drive operational KPIs including OEE, OTIF, scrap reduction, inventory control, and productivity improvement Implement continuous improvement initiatives focused on waste reduction, process optimization, and operational savings Collaborate with supply chain, engineering, maintenance, automation, and tooling teams to improve plant performance Ensure production processes comply with quality, safety, environmental, and operational standards Lead manufacturing teams including managers, section heads, supervisors, and technical personnel Support equipment modernization and process enhancement initiatives to improve efficiency and reliability Analyze manufacturing performance data and prepare reports with actionable improvement recommendations Partner closely with plant leadership to execute business objectives and operational strategies The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline Minimum 10 years of experience in manufacturing operations, including leadership experience at managerial level Strong understanding of production management, operational planning, and process optimization Proven experience in continuous improvement, lean manufacturing, and operational excellence initiatives Strong leadership capability with experience managing large production and technical teams Demonstrated ability to solve operational and equipment-related challenges effectively Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
