REGIONAL QUALITY MANAGER

Job Description : Regional Quality Manager (Apparel | APAC/ expat hire) •Note – candidate must need to have China experience ,current in China or based in APAC •We are seeking an experienced Regional Quality Manager – Apparel to lead quality across APAC for a global retail / fast fashion business. •This is a regional leadership role focused on driving quality excellence, team development, and transformation in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment. •???? Key Focus •Lead regional apparel quality across APAC markets •Manage and develop regional QE/QC teams and partners •Drive quality in a fast fashion, speed-to-market environment •Strengthen supplier performance and compliance systems •Partner with Sourcing & Product teams on quality strategy •Use data and KPIs to drive continuous improvement and transformation • •???? Ideal Profile •Strong background in apparel / retail quality management •Proven regional or multi-country team leadership experience •Solid expertise in supplier quality, audits, AQL, and compliance systems •Experience in fast fashion or high-SKU retail environments •Strategic thinker with strong stakeholder management skills •Fluent English; APAC experience preferred
