Job Description : Head – Contract & Claims Management (EPC / Oil & Gas / Infrastructure) Location: India (Domestic & International Projects) with exposure to Middle East operations Department: Contracts, Commercial & Legal Reports To: Head – Commercial Experience Required: 20–27 Years Industry: EPC – Oil & Gas, Infrastructure, Power, Water Supply, Buildings & Marine Objective of the Role To lead the Contract Management, Claims, and Dispute Resolution function across domestic (India) and Middle East EPC projects, ensuring robust pre-contract and post-contract administration, FIDIC compliance, and effective management of conciliation, arbitration, and NCLT proceedings to safeguard the company's commercial and legal interests.
