Industry: Retail & Supermarket We are looking for an experienced Regional Accounts Manager to lead and oversee accounting operations across multiple business locations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, strong internal controls, compliance, and effective financial management. Key Responsibilities: ? Manage accounting operations across multiple branches/locations. ? Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting and month-end closures. ? Oversee Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and Bank Reconciliations. ? Monitor budgets, cash flow, and financial performance. ? Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies. ? Coordinate internal and external audits. ? Strengthen internal controls and financial processes. ? Lead and develop regional accounting teams. Requirements: ? Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Master's degree in accounts / finance will be an added advantage. ? 10+ years of Accounting & Finance experience, including regional or multi-location responsibility. ? Experience in Retail, FMCG, Distribution, or Trading industry preferred. ? Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, taxation, and ERP systems. ?
