Human Resources Manager

Job Description : HR MANAGER NIGERIA 10-15 years experience Lead the Human Resource function in designing and implementing HR policies, systems and processes with the twin objectives of building a high-performance organization culture and alignment with business strategy in line with the triple bottom line (People, Planet & Profit). Facilitate talent acquisition, capability building, motivation and retention of all employees within the organization. Roles and Responsibilities · Provide direction, guidance and support to functional employees to help them discharge their duties effectively · Monitor the performance of the team on a continuous basis to identify key performers · Mentor and coach subordinates to develop the teams capabilities and build a robust succession pipeline · Ensure that the department is adequately staffed as per the manpower requirements · Strong understanding of people and team dynamics specific to Africa is desirable · Extensive experience in all aspects of corporate team management and organizational behavior · Exposure to best HR Systems, Processes, Practices & Technology Competencies & Skills : · Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills · High energy and agility · Business Understanding · Strategic Thinking · Result oriented, resourceful and well organized · Ability to work effectively in a fast paced multicultural environment Expats presently living in lagos, expats spouse looking for opportunities in Lagos, can apply.
