Proven Techno-Commercial leadership experience ? Strong P&L responsibility with a track record of driving business growth and profitability ? Hands-on experience as a Plant Head or in a senior manufacturing leadership role ? Extensive experience in API manufacturing (Formulation exposure will be an added advantage) ? Strong client relationship management and business development capabilities ? Excellent strategic thinking and decision-making skills ?
