Head of Finance

Job Description : Head of Finance for a multinational company in Lusaka, Zambia. This position requires candidates with African experience and a Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification, along with 18-25 years of experience in Finance, Accounts, Banking, plantation operations, costing, or manufacturing. The Head of Finance will lead and manage the overall financial strategy, financial planning, budgeting, reporting, taxation, treasury, and compliance functions of the plantation business. This role will support business growth, optimize financial performance, strengthen controls, and ensure statutory compliance while partnering with operational teams across plantation and processing units. Core responsibilities include: - Budgeting and forecasting - Financial reporting - Cash management - Business analysis - Governance oversight Candidates should have a minimum of 5-8 years in leadership roles managing large finance teams. Experience in plantation operations within African countries is essential.
